Key Facilities at Shido Sunset Bay Resort Town
Resort Hotel & Villas
A world-class hotel resort to be built on a 14,900-square-meter space in the northwest area along the coastal breakwater of the resort town.
The preliminary master plan calls for the development of 200 deluxe rooms, 50 suites, and seven villa-style annexes on the site.
The rooms and restaurants of this luxury private resort offer breathtaking views of Sunset Bay, and the private beach,
accessible only to resort guests, further enhances the value of your vacation.
All rooms, villas, and spas within this hotel and resort are provided with an unlimited supply of mineral-rich hot spring water, sourced directly from the project site.
Resort Residences
A space of approximately 5,350 square-meters that can be developed into a business hotel or serviced residence,
with a backdrop of Mt. Sugisan, where a pleasant trail to the sea-view observation deck has been created.
The front of the residence is a 4-acre flower garden, the symbol of this resort town,
which is to be developed independently.
One potential target will be the 100 million passengers using Incheon International Airport annually, and the site has the advantage of being more nature-friendly than the competing facilities at the airport island.
Artist Residences
This space cab be developed as a specialized space where artists from various fields can interact and collaborate through creation and inspiration. The site is approximately 4,700 square-meters in size.
Optimized studios, galleries, and performance halls for each genre support artists’ creative activities and presentations, and serve as venues for active exchange, including idea sharing and collaborative work.
The location has optimal accessibility where domestic and international writers, entrepreneurs, creators, and performers can meet, interact, and research.
Sunset Village
This is a pool villa complex built along the coast at the entrance of town, with a total of 38 villas plus support buildings planned on a site of approximately 13,500 square-meters.
This site boasts the most valuable location in the resort town, offering daily views of the West Sea and warm sunsets.
Each villa can be developed up to four floors and can be designed as a four-plex or two-floor duplex, and can be mainly rented to friends or families on vacation.
Hot Springs & Spa Complex
This will be on a large site of 10,650 square-meters as a core wellness destination in the resort town that will be loved by residents of the metropolitan area and domestic and international travelers.
The complex will feature the nation’s top-class mineral hot springs public bath, a boutique hotel offering premium spa treatments, an observation tower with ocean and natural landscape views, restaurants, sports and fitness facilities, a performance hall, retail shops, a clubhouse, and other supporting amenities.
Themed Tourism Villages
The themed tourism villages are designed for creative minds and cultural immigrants and is the core area of the resort town that combines residential, commercial, and tourist facilities. Total 7,650 square meters in size in two zones.
Each villa is a mixed-use residential-commercial complex where the first and second floors are comprised of a vibrant market-walk! filled with stylish retail shops and international dining options, while the third and fourth floors are residential.
This area, which is surrounded by Flower Garden Park and Central Cultural Park, will be revitalized by the many tourists visiting the resort town, as various outdoor cultural and artistic events, including performances and exhibitions, are held throughout the year.
Commercial Building
The only building within the resort town being developed for retail and professional services, the site being supplied is 3,850 square-meters in size.
Bank branches, office buildings, medical facilities, pharmacies, grocery stores, clothing stores, restaurants, and educational services may be located there.
Demand for facilities targeting residents, employees, and residents of the resort town, such as swimming pools, indoor golf courses, and fitness centers, is also expected to be high.
Glamping Site
